Top Ten Holiday Employment Concerns
Presented by Jonathan O. Harris, Attorney, Ogletree Deakins
|
The holidays will quickly be upon us, and many in the workplace want to hold company functions, decorate the office, and give one another gifts. Any of these seemingly innocent actions can bring a new set of challenges for HR professionals, and liability can quickly arise. Additionally, there are certain accommodations that may be requested and wage and hour concerns to manage. This session will feature a legal overview of the holiday concerns that all HR professionals need to be aware of and include a discussion of various real-world scenarios and best practices on how to handle them. |
