No business topic has been studied, theorized, written about, or has as many self-described “experts” as the concept of Leadership.  In each of the past 35 years, the Association for Talent Development has listed “Leadership/Executive Development” as the subject category with the largest monetary Training and Development expenditure. Paradoxically, Leadership Effectiveness remains in the list of Top 5 CEO concerns and the demands business leaders have for improved HR department support.

Join us to review the evolving stage and requirements for “leadership effectiveness”, a descriptive performance model you can apply to every level of leadership in any company, and implications for leader development best practices in your organization.

Physicists such as Einstein, Hawking, and Sheldon Cooper search for a “Theory of Everything” …a simple, clear definition of how the Universe works.  Have some fun by throwing “stones” at a “Theory of Everything” model for leadership effectiveness.  Can you break it? 

You will engage with other participants, and prepare for practical discussions back at work, to define strategic leadership effectiveness, evaluate leader talent bench strength, and gauge how Leader Development practices and programs may be improved.
