Being able to clearly communicate your strategic advantage to employees, is critical to your businesses success. This practical talk will help you create a vision for your employer brand. Learn how to craft a message that not only attains and retains top talent, but also helps your team do their best work. They will better understand the importance of building an employee brand. Using the skills learned, they will be able to attract and retain talent. They will also be able to better communicate their brand, which leads to more aligned and empowered work for their team.

Schedule: Doors open at 7:15 am for registration and networking. Buffet breakfast begins at 7:20 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 8:00 am.

Biography: Kristen Mashburn works with companies that she loves to build strong work cultures. She is passionate about aligning and empowering teams. She has 10 years of experience leading high performing teams as an executive of a financial institution. During her time there, she has won dozens of national awards for leadership and marketing. She approaches each opportunity with the mindfulness that she’s cultivated through a 20 year yoga and meditation practice. She is also a mom, a wife, and a community leader.
