The EEOC has recently announced that employer training with respect to sexual harassment is not having any impact. Why is that? What type of training might actually have an impact on this issue? And how should an employer respond when it receives a complaint of harassment? What are the goals an employer should have in mind when responding to such a complaint and how do those goals shape the response?
