Biography: Kelly leads the Talent and Culture service line at Lockton. This practice helps organizations worldwide improve their talent, culture and business outcomes using people data and work science. She also leads the People X Institute at Lockton, which focuses on advancing workplace practices at the community level by fostering mutual
learning and growth among HR and business leaders. Prior to joining Lockton, Kelly spent more than a decade with a boutique management consulting firm in a variety of roles, ultimately as Vice President and Market Leader. Kelly serves in various leadership roles for charitable organizations and industry associations in the community. She also presents at conferences and events nationwide on topics related to talent, culture and organization effectiveness.
