Demystifying Compensation
Presented by Scott Kelly, CCP, PHR, VP Compensation, LifePoint Health
| Compensation doesn't need to be so confusing! All too often HR practitioners feel uncomfortable, apprehensive, or downright baffled by compensation. We get confused by complicated pay systems that don’t clearly support organizational objectives. This session will help you connect compensation tools and tactics to business strategy and offer practical advice to deploy programs that you and your colleagues can understand. |
|
Learning objectives:
- Understand the relationship between compensation strategy and business performance
- Align pay with desired behavior and outcomes—not just activity
- Drive employee engagement by simplifying the how, what, and why of rewards
