Your Brand and How it Represents

It is time to reserve your seat for the next MT|SHRM Transition Group meeting and what a meeting we have planned for you this week. Our topic this week will be Your Brand and How it Represents so please come prepared with questions. Our guest speaker this week is Bonnie Negron and I am sure this will be a great discussion.

Bonnie Negron, CEO of Bonnie Career Services, is an Executive Leadership Award Winner, Certified Career, Life & Leadership Coach, Certified Professional Résumé Writer, Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert, Authorized DISC Administrator, and Behavioral Consultant, who has been featured in the HuffPost and NJ Mom media outlets.

Prior to opening her career development firm, Bonnie served 20+ years in corporate America, holding various leadership roles. She worked her way up the ladder at Fortune 500 companies and private firms in NYC. Having been selected by industry leaders to participate on corporate committees and advisory boards, Bonnie has been recognized for her subject matter expertise, organizational employee development initiatives, human resources best practices, and web-based projects, such as customer relationship management and applicant tracking software systems (ATS).

As an avid educator with a BBA in International Business Management from Pace University and an MBA from Wagner College, Bonnie is a true believer that continuing education is the cornerstone to success and a prerequisite for individuals seeking to uplevel their careers and life.

With a passion for helping others elevate their careers through world-class coaching and developing the most effective résumés and LinkedIn profiles that open the door for new opportunities, she set out on her entrepreneurial journey and grew her business to 1000+ individual and corporate clients in just three years. Her virtual and in-person presentations have allowed her clients to have career breakthroughs, and by working with Bonnie, not only will clients have a career story that WOW employers, but it will resonate with their true purpose to attract their dream job!

Bonnie is a member of the National Résumé Writers Association and Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, their three children, four dogs, and a bunny.
