Human Resources Networking Group with Alum Speaker
Speaker: Megan Johnson

Megan Johnson, MA, ACC, APTD just transitioned careers (in the same wheelhouse) from teaching communication and public speaking for a decade to her new job as an instructional designer for learning and leadership development in HR at the state of Tennessee.

She followed her passion for professional development and DEI, did some training in this field and took her skills and knowledge of adult learning and course development (and a lot of networking and volunteer work) to transition to her ideal job.

She is also a coach and just launched a career coaching podcast called Career Journeys with Coach Rox: How people have followed their passion and intuition to find fulfillment. 

In advance of this meeting, please think of any questions that you would like discussed.  Once you have gained access to the meeting you will be asked to:

1. Be prepared for a 10 to 15 second introduction so our speaker will know their audience.
2. Please feel free to put your contact information in the Chat Box so others will be able to connect with you.  Suggest your name, email address and possibly your LinkedIn Profile URL (optional)
3. In a separate chat box, please put any of your question to Lauren Kiproff-Downer and she will compile them for discussion in the final 30 to 45 minutes of the meeting.
