Building Vaccine Confidence in the Workplace
Presented by David Aronoff, MD, of Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Vaccine hesitancy is high in Tennessee, with the CDC reporting the state has one of lowest rates of fully vaccinated adults in the country. But overcoming reluctance in getting the COVID-19 vaccine is key to curbing the spread of COVID-19 and achieving herd immunity. As human resource leaders, we have the opportunity to positively influence colleagues, friends and family members by building their confidence in the vaccines.

Join infectious disease expert David Aronoff, MD, of Vanderbilt University Medical Center as he explains the importance, safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines and how they will impact our community’s future.

In addition, you will:

  • Learn details about global virus growth and COVID-19 variants
  • Understand the importance of immunization
  • Realize continued workplace concerns and lessons to take from the pandemic
  • Discover strategies for talking to colleagues, friends, and family members who are hesitant about the vaccine
  • Gain perspective and a future outlook for our community

MTEBC President Mike Lerman will moderate the webinar. There will be time for Q&A at the end of the presentation.
