Biography:
Arlie Haddix is a retired United States Air Force intelligence analyst with extensive special operations experience. A former flight, squadron and group commander, he has led small teams and large teams in multiple dynamic, complex, high-risk and high-stakes environments. After 22 years of service and 13 deployments, Arlie retired from the Air Force in 2014, re-located to Nashville and began Vanderbilt's MBA program. He completed the MBA program in 2016 and worked on a start-up with an MBA classmate throughout 2017. Arlie started at Operation Stand Down Tennessee in early 2018 and continues his passion – helping other Veterans transition into civilian life.
