Biography: Matt LeBlanc (no, not Joey from Friends) is a Nashville, TN based talent acquisition professional with expertise in talent sourcing, research, data analysis, and reporting. He has spent time in both the agency and corporate worlds and has focused on finding top transformational talent in niche areas.

During his career Matt has been fortunate to learn from the best of the best and has shared his experiences online (SourceCon, HRIQ) and at local, regional, and national conferences.
