Biography: Macie Mussleman is a Human Resources Project Specialist at Brookdale Senior Living in Brentwood, TN. She earned her Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and began working at Brookdale in May 2020. She started with the Field HR team, helping implement key HR strategies to community associates, and in July 2021 transitioned to the Talent Management Team.

While Macie has been at Brookdale, she has worked on a wide variety of projects including turnover and retention analyses, associate recognition, salary structure and commission plan development, selection assessments, and other organizational development strategies. Most recently, she has been leading efforts for labor market analysis, COVID-19 tools and resources, and workforce planning.
