Biography: Lorena Castro is an HR Business Partner at Schneider Electric living in Nashville, TN and obtained her MBA from Vanderbilt University. She has been with Schneider Electric for 14 years, in a variety of HR-related roles, starting as a Total Compensation Analyst then quickly moving on to HR Shared Services Supervisor where she spent three years in Mexico overseeing the startup of the North America Shared Services Center and providing HR support to 20,000 non-union and union employees in Canada and the United States.

Lorena has spent the majority of her time with Schneider Electric as an HR Business Partner in which she has honed her expertise in Organizational Effectiveness; Talent Management; Performance Management; Change Adoption; Communication Planning; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion; Rewards & Recognition; and Employee Engagement.
