Presented by Fred J. Bissinger Regional Managing Member Wimberly Lawson

As we enter the second year of the Biden Administration, the EEOC’s enforcement trends reflect both the President’s stated goals (especially regarding DEI) and the realities of today’s workplaces.  Retaliation and disability discrimination liability exposure continue to be the two most filed charges, while race and sex-based charges remain consistently problematic.  This session will explore the dynamics of today’s workplaces, trends in the nature of charges filed, the EEOC’s enforcement initiatives, and strategies for navigating the riptides of liability exposure issues employers grapple with daily.

Schedule: Doors open at 7:15 am for registration and networking. Breakfast begins at 7:30 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 8:00 am.
